Leigh Ann Hamby
Executive Director
With over 18 years in senior living, Leigh Ann Hamby leads with compassion and a deep personal connection to her work. A graduate of Auburn University, her passion for senior care grew from her experience supporting parents with dementia. She is a Certified Director of Assisted Living and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Leigh Ann values strong relationships with residents, families, and team members. She lives in Huntsville with her husband and enjoys bass fishing and spending time with her two adult children.
Louise Merriweather
Director of Health and Wellness
Louise Merriweather brings over 40 years of healthcare experience to her role, including work in hospice care, long-term care, and assisted living. Starting her career as a CNA and later becoming an LPN, Louise has always been devoted to senior care. She leads her team with compassion and a heart for service. Louise lives in Huntsville with her husband and enjoys teaching children’s church, decorating, reading, cooking, and gardening.
Katrina Lamber
Business Office Manager
Katrina Lambert has been a dedicated part of our assisted living community for over 13 years. A Huntsville native, she brings warmth and a strong sense of family to her role, helping ensure smooth daily operations for residents and staff alike. For Katrina, working with seniors is more than a job—it’s a calling. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband of 34 years, their three children, and five grandchildren.
Jennifer Goff
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jennifer brings a strong background in sales, fundraising, and event planning to her role as Director of Sales. She is passionate about building genuine relationships and guiding families through the senior living journey with care and confidence. Known for her warmth and professionalism, Jennifer helps create a welcoming, purposeful community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Cindy Schrimsher
Director of Life Enrichment
Cindy is a dedicated Certified Activity Director with 15 years of experience and over 18 years in healthcare. She holds a BA from Athens State University and has completed graduate coursework at Purdue University. Cindy is passionate about working with seniors and creating engaging activities that enhance their quality of life. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys kayaking, water skiing, home projects, and spending time with animals. Cindy currently resides in Fayetteville, TN.
Jason Stark

With over 20 years of experience, Jason takes pride in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. Known for his hands-on approach and friendly attitude, he’s always ready to lend a hand—whether it’s fixing a light or chatting with a resident on his rounds. Jason truly cares about the people who live here and works hard to make them feel at home.
